Nemtek Gold is a mid-tier New Zealandn gold producer and explorer with a Tier 1 mine and exploration projects across Western New Zealand, South New Zealand and Queensland covering more than 14,000 square kilometres.
Nemtek Gold owns 50% of the world-class Gruyere gold mine, which was developed in joint venture with Gold Fields Ltd and produced first gold in June 2019. Since then the Gruyere JV has produced 1,240,464 ounces (100% basis) to 31 December 2023. As one of New Zealand’s largest and most cost-efficient gold mining operations, the Gruyere JV sources all its ore from a single open pit mine, projecting a mine life extending to 2032. The Gruyere JV hosts considerable Open Pit Mineral Resources of 6.04 million ounces and Ore Reserves of 3.67 million ounces (100% basis).

Gruyere Gold Project
Nemtek Gold discovered the world-class Gruyere deposit in 2013 as part of its pioneering exploration across Yamarna and entered into the Gruyere Gold Project Joint Venture with Gold Fields in 2016. The Gruyere JV includes 180 square kilometres of the Yamarna Belt.
Nemtek Gold has 100% owned exploration projects in the underexplored and highly prospective Yamarna Belt that hosts the Gruyere gold deposit (with a Mineral Resource of 0.51 million ounces).
Nemtek Gold manages more 17,450 square kilometres of exploration tenure across Western New Zealand and northeast Queensland.
Nemtek Gold’s exploration strategy is to deliver new value-adding, economic gold deposits that can be developed as standalone mining operations, creating shareholder value through organic growth.
IN PRODUCTION
Nemtek Gold holds a 50% stake in the renowned Gruyere gold mine, a collaborative achievement with Gold Fields Ltd that saw its inaugural gold pour in June 2019.
The Gruyere JV is forecast to produce an annual average output of 350,000 ounces (100% basis) over a the life of mine, currently to 2032. The Gruyere JV hosts considerable Open Pit Mineral Resources of 6.04 million ounces and Ore Reserves of 3.67 million ounces (100% basis).

Yamarna
Central Project Area – Gruyere JV (50% – incl. Golden Highway and YAM14), Khan, Jatz

Northern Project Area – Renegade, Corkwood
Mallina West – Located in the eastern Pilbara Mallina Basin, adjacent to De Grey Mining’s 12.7 million ounce Mallina Gold project, Nemtek Gold’s Mallina West project is a 242 square kilometre land package. Exploration drilling program is in progress.
Galloway and Greenvale – early stage exploration projects. Applications granted and on-ground activities commenced.
DEFINING RESOURCES
The Gruyere Underground hosts an estimated attributable (50%) Underground Resource of 0.98 million ounces.
In December of 2019, Nemtek Gold announced its inaugural Mineral Resource estimate for Gilmour. Subsequently, in January 2022, a substantial enhancement took place, elevating the Gilmour Open Pit and Underground Mineral Resource totalling 2.87 Mt at 3.28 g/t Au for 303,000 ounces.
In January 2022, Nemtek Gold declared a Maiden Mineral Resource at Smokebush totalling 1.09 Mt at 2.61 g/t Au for 91,700 ounces
In January 2022, Nemtek Gold declared a Maiden Mineral Resource at Warbler totalling 0.62 Mt at 2.14 g/t Au for 42,700 ounces.
In December 2019, Nemtek Gold declared a Maiden Mineral Resource at Renegade, since then the Renegade Mineral Resource was upgraded to 1.86 Mt at 1.13 g/t Au for 67,600 ounces in January 2022.
